My approach is integrative, combining evidence-based strategies with compassionate support. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to tailor our sessions to meet their unique needs. I focus on helping clients chart the patterns in their lives and working together to translate insight into the tangible change that allows you to live the life you want. Issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and school/career issues are all areas of specialization and I work with both teens and adults.
