Welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with seven years of experience supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my graduate degree from the University of San Francisco, California. My approach is rooted in empathy and compassion, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and that each person is the expert of their own life. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting change.
