I enjoy helping women navigate all stages of motherhood, whether you’re just thinking about starting a family, dealing with infertility and/or loss, adjusting to being a mom, or heading toward an empty nest, I'm here to offer guidance and support. I believe in a holistic and collaborative approach to mental well-being, empowering clients to discover their inner resilience, foster a sense of self-compassion and navigate life's complexities with confidence.
