Sometimes we experience periods of stress and feel stuck. I am here to help you make sense of things if you are feeling overwhelmed by emotions, conflict, or impulsive behavior. I take a patient, curious, and sometimes direct approach to work with you to develop understanding and tools. I aim to help you develop a more confident and compassionate relationship with yourself and life's challenges. I have extensive training and experience treating adults and adolescents and supporting Couples. I use EFT, CBT, NARM, EMDR, Psychodynamic, person centered & IFS.
