I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-discovery, rumination, and building a loving relationship with themselves. I also support those navigating estranged relationships. With couples and parents, I help them navigate shifts in their relationship dynamics—whether expanding their family, managing parental burnout, or feeling the weight of the invisible load. I encourage couples to embrace healthy communication, approach conflict with curiosity, and cultivate safety during vulnerable moments. I also specialize in supporting mothers with boundaries, anger, community building, and the challenges of PPA/D.
