I have a special interest in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety/depression, LGBTQIA+ folks looking for a safe space, and individuals on the pregnancy/post-partum journey and those struggling with pelvic floor-related issues. Additionally, I am in the process of getting my Binge Eating and Chronic Dieting certification, so I would love to work with you if that is one of your stressors. Taking care of your mental health is vital to get the quality of life you deserve.
