I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and New York, specializing in supporting women, parents, and families through life’s most meaningful transitions. My practice focuses on perinatal mental health, where I help mothers navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood, addressing challenges such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and bonding difficulties. In addition to my perinatal work, I provide individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, stress, or life transitions. I also offer parent–child and family-based therapy, with specialized expertise in attachment.
