Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it can also be a powerful step toward change. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, men’s mental health, identity exploration, life transitions, cultural expectations, and the pressures of high-demand environments; including healthcare, athletics, the corporate world, and the military.
