I believe therapy is a collaborative, strength-based journey. There is no one-size-fits-all model, each person brings unique experiences, values, and resilience. As a former collegiate athlete and coach, I have a strong passion for athlete mental health. I have received additional training in sport psychology and work with individuals and teams on performance related concerns. I have also received extensive training in perinatal and infant mental health and enjoy working with parents and their families.
