There is a lot that we are unable to control, and it's easy to feel bombarded by the constant flow of energy, and stimuli that pervades our daily experience. We will work together to develop tools for managing overwhelm. The therapeutic space can help you get past the noise, to get in touch with yourself using art, embodiment, and discussion as the tools for greater connection. I will support you in finding your voice, and help you tap into the intuition that informs and empowers you. I will work in collaboration to create deeper understanding, greater acceptance, and more fluid integration of the mind, body and spirit.
