I have worked with people going through a variety of issues. Much of my experience comes from helping people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to share your story with a counselor. However, I have seen that vulnerability pay off in greater understanding of yourself, along with giving your counselor more understanding about your unique experiences.
