Everyone goes through rough times and taking the step to come to counseling is huge!. Making sure that you are comfortable and have the right fit is important. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor specializing in the areas of addiction, grief/trauma, anxiety, depression, and couples. I have worked with a variety of individuals and couples addressing many areas. I believe that I must cater to you, to help you get where you want to be. I am a certified EMDR therapist, and find this a helpful tool for all types of concerns. I look forward to helping you through your journey. EMDR is a proven technique to help with any experience that is traumatic or hard to get over.
