Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to make your first steps as simple and comfortable as possible. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not about erasing pain, but learning how to move through it with presence, compassion, and courage. I specialize in helping navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I have a deep commitment to working with a variety of individuals, including LGBTQ folx, providing an affirming, inclusive, and supportive environment where your identity is seen, respected, and incorporated into our work together, you are the expert in you. In addition to ACT, I incorporate Brainspotting—a powerful, brain-body based approach for deep processing. Brainspotting helps us access parts of the brain that are beyond words, where talk therapy cannot always access. This modality allows for deep healing by gently working with the nervous system in a way that feels safe, grounded, and empowering.
