Welcome, I'm proud of you for taking this step in caring for yourself. I work primarily with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma-related difficulties, ADHD, life transitions, identity concerns, and the unique complexities of holding LGBTQIA2S+ identities, especially in our current reality. My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-aware while also pulling from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential, and Intersectional Feminist philosophies. I invite people of all identities to engage in treatment and welcome conversations about how identity and culture influence our counseling work together.
