My ideal client is a professional woman navigating the demands of careers, relationship challenges and personal growth. Juggling multiple roles leave them feeling overwhelmed, anxious and disconnected from their authentic selves. These women want to be in an empowering space where they can explore challenges, reconnect with themselves and strive through their lives. I help women first, identify that they are experiencing role overload, ways to set healthy boundaries with themselves and others, decrease/manage negative symptoms associated with depression and anxiety using EMDR and/or CBT. I will also assist clients in identifying attachment styles and learning how their style impacts how they navigate relationships.
