I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has a passion for working with women, adolescents, and children. I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) that specializes in perinatal mental health disorders/perinatal mood & anxiety disorders (including pregnancy, postpartum, and loss). My approach to counseling is integrated based on the client's needs with a variety of techniques including: Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and Solution-focused. I offer a supportive & non-judgmental safe space for women & children to express themselves, explore their emotions & allow them to discover new healthy coping skills. Life is a journey and finding out how to navigate it can sometimes be challenging. If you need a safe space, I am here for you. I will be able to listen to you, advocate for you, and provide you with some healthy coping skills along the way.
