As life begins and we transition through the phases of adolescence into adulthood, our minds begin to develop perspectives, personality characteristics, or a personally derived set of rules governing how we live or who we are as individuals. I enjoy working with & advocating for women and children throughout their therapeutic journey. I work with clients who may be struggling with grief, anxiety or depression. I specialize in perinatal mental health disorders/ perinatal mood & anxiety disorders (including fertility, postpartum, and loss), women’s issues, mindfulness, art & music therapy, and play therapy.
