I help individuals identifying as people pleasers or caretakers who put aside their own needs, wants or desires for others. People living with high anxiety, stress and or past trauma. They are giving, strong, determined and intelligent individuals who don’t see how to give care to themselves. When they first come in they are exhausted and expressing needing a break, wanting to take a step away from their family and friends. Feeling guilting for wanting to get away from the people they love. What do they need? What do you need? You, like my clients, need love, self-care and peace of mind.
