I believe that every person has an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual life that needs to be supported and nurtured. The path to emotional healing occurs through a collaborative approach focused on enhancing personal strengths and reconnection to oneself with an increased capacity for self-acceptance and compassion. My therapeutic approach is influenced by trauma-informed and attached-based therapies, specifically NARM (Neuroaffective Relational Model), and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Processing) to facilitate emotional healing and connection to one's authentic self.
