Before becoming a counselor, I spent years working directly with individuals in crisis and mentoring youth who’ve faced serious life challenges. Those experiences shaped how I listen, how I show up for them, and how I understand the complexity behind every person’s story. They also taught me that healing doesn’t come from quick fixes—it comes from being seen, heard, and supported over time.
