I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating adults with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, and other life stressors. My clients draw on their life experiences and unique identities to examine their personal struggles. They learn new skills and new ways of perceiving their problems, enabling them to overcome the challenges in their lives. In addition to focus on symptom reduction, I aim to help clients increase cognitive flexibility, engage in dialectical thinking, and expand emotional expression.
