"Life is all about how we handle plan B" (Suzy Toronto) It is difficult to cope with situations, relationships, and our health when things do not go how we had planned. Counseling can help with the difficulty in finding healthy ways to adapt. I work with adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, and bereavement. I enjoy helping clients build coping skills to deal with the stressors and conditions that impact their growth and happiness. My counseling approach is warm and inclusive, sprinkled with some humor, to help people work through distressful periods that we experience in life.
