Looking for a therapist who is a good fit can be overwhelming but it's an important act of self care taking the time and energy for your mental health to be a priority. This is the first step in a commitment to personal growth. My goal is to give you the space, tools and strategies to support you through that process. Growth and change can be a challenging journey but when you collaborate with a therapist it can be transformative. Therapy is uniquely tailored for each client's needs and goals and I work to help clients feel supported and safe in the therapy space for the process to be as successful as possible. I see ages 16+.
