My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity, helping clients explore and understand the different parts of themselves with kindness and openness. I strive to create a safe, nurturing space where individuals feel comfortable delving beneath the surface to uncover the emotions, beliefs, and experiences that influence their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapist I believe that by gently examining the different parts of ourselves—the hopes, fears, wounds, and strengths—we gain valuable insight and self-awareness. This deeper understanding empowers us to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
