I hold a California License in Marriage and Family Therapy(LMFT). My approach to therapy is client-focused. I work with clients to help them formulate goals that address their purpose for therapy. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and open environment. My hope is that you can feel safe to unpack whatever it is that you are going through in you life. We all need that a space to be heard and accepted, whether you want to process your thoughts and feelings or you're needing to work through something difficult or make changes in your life; I look forward to walking along side you in your journey.
