Courage begins with showing up and allowing ourselves to be seen - Brene Brown. Therapy is a gradual process that can be challenging. It takes courage to take the first step in seeking help and to be open to new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Therapy involves collaborative work to help clients envision and achieve their therapeutic goals. I specialize in treating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, life-stage adjustment, and relationship issues. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor.
