I am a licensed clinical social worker. I love my job and am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate through obstacles and difficulties they are facing. I help clients relate their thoughts, feelings, and actions and empower them to make positive choices to reach their highest potential. I work from a strengths-based perspective and encourage clients to play an active role in their own treatment. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy, pulling from various approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and client-centered therapy.
