I specialize in supporting individuals facing depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, grief, and anxiety. These challenges often leave people feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unable to share their thoughts and experiences with others. My primary focus is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly—especially about the things you feel you can't share anywhere else. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you while building tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healing. I integrate calming and relaxation techniques into sessions to help ease distress in the moment.
