If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you're not alone - and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. We get unstuck through connection - being able to talk openly with someone who understands can shift what once felt impossible to change. I help clients explore their patterns with a curious and self-empowering approach and find creative pathways to resolution. I have been told I have a warm, interactive, and relational style of counseling. I enjoy using a directive approach in therapy while still providing plenty of space for clients to explore and process.
