They may struggle with executive functioning skills such as time management, prioritization, follow-through, emotional regulation, or confidence. They want practical tools, structure, and accountability to manage responsibilities more effectively, clarify goals, and move forward with greater confidence, balance, and control in their personal, academic, or professional lives.
