I work with professionals and individuals who are burned out, at a crossroads, navigating bipolar disorder, anxiety, or depression while trying to maintain stability, identity, and momentum in their lives and careers. Many of the people I support are high-functioning on the outside and exhausted on the inside—successful by traditional standards yet disconnected from joy or unsure of their next move.
