I am pleased to introduce myself as a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. I am certified in trauma therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, CBT, and motivational interviewing. My experience includes helping first responders and military personnel and their families, as well as treating adults, children, and adolescents struggling with anxiety, and depress.My goal is to help my clients gain insight into their experiences and develop coping skills to manage their challenges effectively. I use a client-centered approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
