I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Inglewood, California, and work with clients via telehealth. I work with a diverse group from adolescents to young adults, related to daily stressors, anxiety, depression, relationships, and adjusting to transitions, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients learn to navigate day-to-day while building on their strengths.
