I have 20 years of experience in the mental health field helping people with problems with relationships, work, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I am originally from South America and have worked extensively with English- and Spanish-speaking people. Whatever your background or difficulty, finding a therapist with whom you feel comfortable and who listens empathically is important. My goal is to create a space in which you feel safe to talk openly and for us to work together on figuring out what is getting in your way so that you feel empowered to pursue your goals.
