Taking new clients in now. Hope, positivity, and resiliency are achievable outcomes from therapy. To get there, I aim to create a safe and open space to allow for change and ultimate wellness. I believe the client is the expert, and I thrive working with people who want to feel more empowered in their own lives. I advocate for social justice with my clients and in the community, and part of that advocacy includes healthy boundaries and radical self-care. I am able to acknowledge my visible privilege and hold space for others' seen and unseen marginalized identities as we work through complex issues related to their unique lives.
