I believe we all have the strength within ourselves to make it through anything, and my evidence is that we have made it this far. When times get tough, when our thoughts get dark, or when the traumas from our past make our day-to-day lives challenging, it can be hard to find those strengths. And sometimes, when we have been strong for so long, it feels like a daunting task to keep being strong. As a therapist, I would like to help you hone and reconnect with your strengths and align them with what is important in your life.
