I begin with what you see as the reason you are seeking help, such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem, stress, abuse, work, relationship issues, addictions, etc. From that starting point I help you deepen your understanding of yourself and your situation, make sense of what's going on, find good strategies and solutions. Addictions, including compulsive gambling, is my specialty but I have experience in a general practice working with a wide range of issues. I'm known as loving my work, being compassionate, empathic, pragmatic, energetic and focusing on people's strengths while helping them with their challenges.
