I enjoy working with adults, individually and as couples in addressing a wide range of issues. We will explore your family of origin as you gain greater insight into life schemas and patterns and develop coping strategies and communication skills. Substance abuse and dependency and domestic violence fall under my areas of expertise as well. I use trauma informed approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dbt, tapping, Internal Family Systems, talk therapy and somatic therapy.
