My specialty is trauma work. I am EMDR trained working towards my certification. Simply put, EMDR allows us to invite the brain into your session to reveal all of the places where past unresolved memories are stored and to show us where to focus your time & attention. I help to hold space for the past to inform the present and stop becoming the present.
