My clients often feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or disconnected from themselves and others. Some are navigating major transitions, healing from trauma, or trying to make sense of their relationships. Others simply want to feel better, live more authentically, and find clarity in the chaos. In our work together, I provide a safe, attuned space where you can explore your story at your own pace. I integrate EMDR with other modalities to support your nervous system, build resilience, and reconnect you with your strengths. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience.
