I am an Army Veteran and LCPC serving adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and substance use, and various forms of trauma. My services are offered through individual or couples counseling. I am here to provide the support needed to work through and overcome difficulties in different aspects of life related to personal, professional, and relationships. My goal is to promote positive growth and positive change as well as increasing the quality of life for my clients. My counseling style is very welcoming and inviting. I specialize in working with veterans, adults, and adolescents addressing various mood disorders, trauma, relationship and life issues through individual or couples counseling.
