I have experience treating anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns and racism-based trauma. I have helped many people navigate positive identity development and interpersonal relationship concerns. My therapeutic style is warm, empowering and collaborative. I approach therapy from a strength-based, integrative and multicultural lens. I view it as an honor to walk alongside individuals and bear witness to their experiences and cultivate a supportive and liberated space for them to heal and thrive.
