I have a passion for creating a non-judgmental safe space where people feel comfortable, supported, accepted and validated. It is my goal to meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you, to help you take positive life-changing steps towards a life worth living. I want to help you move from surviving to thriving. I work with adults/teens struggling with a variety of mental health concerns: depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic stress, chronic health issues, relational difficulties, and life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals who suffer from trauma, grief and loss, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. I am also a Veteran in service to my fellow Veterans.
