I work with children ages 3–14 who are navigating big emotions, behavioral challenges, trauma, bullying, identity development, and family stressors. Many of my clients are trying to make sense of their experiences without having the language to express what’s going on. My goal is to help kids feel safe, seen, and supported while building confidence, emotional regulation skills, and a positive sense of self.
