I am a highly trained clinical psychologist - I work to guide you to solutions for your problems as efficiently and effectively as possible. I customize therapy to best suit my clients by drawing from a variety of cognitive behavioral strategies and mindfulness techniques. Using these modalities, I provide highly individualized action plans based on collaborative participation in treatment goals to enable my clients to find the best paths to growth, healing, and happiness.
