Many people feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or as though they've lost a part of themselves in the daily chaos. Some are navigating the complexities of pregnancy, betrayal trauma, anxiety, or the weight of profound loss. Couples may find themselves struggling to reconnect, communicate, or move through major transitions and betrayals. I understand how difficult it can be to face these experiences while trying to keep everything else afloat. My role is to walk alongside you, listen with compassion, and help create a sense of stability—until you feel grounded and ready to move forward on your own. I’m a therapist with both clinical training and lived experience, here to support moms, adults, older teens, and couples through life’s most personal challenges. I specialize in issues like betrayal trauma, infidelity, pregnancy and postpartum, infertility, grief, anxiety, and parenting struggles.
