You may be an older adult coping with changes in health, memory, identity, or independence, or a caregiver feeling stressed, worried, or emotionally worn down. You want support navigating anxiety, grief, role changes, or difficult family dynamics, while also having access to thoughtful guidance when questions about cognition, decision-making, or capacity arise. I provide therapy for older adults and caregivers, focusing on aging-related transitions, caregiver stress, anxiety, depression, and adjustment to medical or cognitive changes. I also enjoy working with adults of all ages who are navigating substance use concerns.
