Despite a diverse background, my most passionate work is in eating disorder recovery, healing distorted body image, and ending the dysfunctional food and body behavior spiral. I have helped dozens of people start or restart their journey. My style has been described as gentle but no-nonsense, and fosters your reflection, self-compassion, and resilience. Where you see constant anxiety, relational stress, perfectionism, dysregulation, and shame, I see opportunity for growth.
