I am Certified and and Approved consultant in EMDR through EMDRIA, an Art Therapist and a Reiki Master that uses progressive, holistic approaches to healing. I specialize in working with adults that have experienced prolonged exposure to childhood trauma, specifically when it relates to attachment issues. I work Complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder and Dissociative disorders. These often carry symptoms that look like depression, anxiety, low self worth, relationship issues, anger issues, avoidance, etc.
