About

I'm a trauma-informed Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), a mom of four, and someone who has done my own healing work through therapy. I offer a warm, relational approach for individuals and couples navigating trauma, spiritual trauma, attachment injuries, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions - including parenting shifts such as empty nest, co-parenting, and new parenthood. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and experiential. I believe that healing happens in connection - when we feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and accepted.
